Orders and inquiries

Small orders
Verified styles with a price from one piece can be submitted in quantities up to 99 units. Submission saves an order request and product subtotal; no payment is taken or stock reserved. We confirm availability, shipping, duties responsibility and the payable total before payment.
Wholesale and private label
For 100 or more pieces, private label or custom development, request a quote. Price, MOQ, specifications, freight and payment terms are agreed directly with our team.
Inquiry and quotation
Submitting an inquiry asks NORYVELL to review your requirements. It does not create a purchase order, payment obligation, or stock reservation. Prices, quantities, specifications, and lead times are confirmed in a later private quotation.
Products and samples
Direct ordering is available only for published, verified styles with colour, size and a one-piece price. Styles still under review remain available for inquiry only. Online payment is not yet available.
Own-design development
If you send a physical garment or design brief, our team confirms the receiving details, sampling needs, fees and schedule with you before work begins.
Reference images and AI previews
We recommend sending a physical garment so fabric, fit and workmanship can be checked. Reference images and optional AI previews can differ from the intended garment and are for discussion only. Sampling and production specifications require separate confirmation.
Shipping and duties
Indicative product prices, when shown, exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. A formal quote sets out freight, tax and clearance responsibility, and estimated timing.
Materials you submit
Please submit materials you are entitled to share with us. We use references and files to assess your inquiry and keep them private as described in the privacy notice.
