Order and inquiry privacy

We save your messages, the page where you started the conversation and any contact details you choose to share. A secure browser cookie gives access to your conversation for 30 days. Authorized staff can reply through the website. When our Chatwoot support channel is configured, messages and optional contact details are also shared with that service for staff to reply in its app. A WhatsApp link opens a separate conversation handled by WhatsApp.
What we collect
For a small order we save your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery country, city and address, selected products and quantities. For an inquiry we save your contact and company details, product requirements and any files you upload.
How we use it
We use order details to check supply, calculate shipping, contact you and arrange fulfillment after payment is confirmed. Inquiry details help us prepare a private quote. Authorized NORYVELL staff can access the information needed to handle your request; your address and private prices are not published.
Optional member account
If you sign in with Google or Apple, we store the identity details returned by that provider, your buyer profile, a sign-in session, and inquiries you add to your account. The provider handles its own sign-in. You can still submit an inquiry without an account.
Optional AI preview
If you choose Generate preview, your design description, selected specifications and chosen reference image are sent to Alibaba Cloud Qwen to create the preview. This step is optional. The generated image is stored with your inquiry only if you choose to attach it.
Your private link
After submission, the site shows a private link. Anyone holding the link can access that inquiry, so keep it safe and do not publish it. Link validity is limited by the service settings and can be revoked when needed.
Files and retention
Uploaded files are stored privately and are not served through public file links. Order and inquiry records are kept for business handling and follow-up until removed under the retention policy set for launch. This site does not currently collect card details.
